As a member of our Client Services team, you’ll work with talented development and design teams, alongside friendly and professional account managers, to help deliver and support projects for a wide range of clients: from web applications, e-commerce and CMS-driven websites, to digital marketing campaigns and mobile apps.
As an account manager, you'll assist other account managers in the support and management of their clients and projects, and have the chance to build, maintain and develop relationships and opportunities with your own portfolio of existing clients.
Must haves:
- Solid experience in a client-facing role.
- Great presentation and communication skills – written and verbal
- Excellent IT literacy skills
A working knowledge of:
- Current web technologies
- Working to sales targets
- Project management
- Web measurement and analytics (i.e. Google Analytics)

A working knowledge:
- Content Management Systems
- PPC campaigns (Managing campaigns, setting up, reporting)

You’ll be based in Bristol’s hip and happening creative quarter, Paintworks, where you’ll work in our modern, open plan studio.
