This role reports at Director level and is responsible for the account management of key customers as well as commercial partners. You'll be working with a dynamic team under a brand that's pioneering marketing and communications within UK education.

You'll be working alongside the CEO and introduced to industry leaders. We're looking for someone that can represent the business and showcase our talent to an external audience. The ideal candidate for this role of Account Manager is a person who has a background of working within in an agency or with multiple clients. You'll be an experienced professional that is personable, outgoing and has an ability to build trust and confidence within others. As an Account Manager you'll meet with customers and partners to understand their successes and challenges. You'll be responsible for transforming our clients' ideas into detailed briefs and proposals that deliver measurable successes and return value for money.

Our Account Managers take their proposals forward and work with others in the team to implement them successfully. Ideally you'll have some experience in project management and you'll understand methodologies such as Agile however this is not essential if you're willing to learn. Types of projects that you'll be required to manage vary from press campaigns to website roll-outs.

We're technology enthusiasts with a passion for software so we use it in everyday work to improve efficiency, reporting, and communication. You'll be required to use these systems but we'll provide all the training needed to get you underway. The role will require you to write proposals, tenders and specifications so you should be strong writer that can produce high quality documentation at pace.
