They are looking for an individual who's outgoing, organised and diligent, can work well in teams, has great communication skills and a positive attitude.
The ideal candidate will be a competent writer and be comfortable creating and editing content for the web, and be naturally good on the phone with clients. Knowledge of marketing and website usability is a bonus but not essential.
The role includes managing 2 to 5-month web projects that involve multiple internal contributors (designer, developer etc.). This means tracking project progress, liaising with clients and (hopefully) keeping them happy, looking out for problems that could delay or derail a project, and helping clients organise and write content for their website.
In all of these areas, positivity, organisation, and communication skills are key. You will work closely with their Creative Director who oversees all web projects.
