An education-specialist digital marketing agency is looking to recruit Client Relation Managers. Based in Brighton, their clients are universities and colleges, and they help them recruit students from all over the world.

With a deep understanding of the applicant journey and the unique challenges their clients face, this agency's unrivalled expertise and experience allows them to stay (at least!) one step ahead of their competitors. They pride themselves on constantly innovating and exploring, obsessively seeking new ways to deliver the results demanded by their clients. They’re proud to be new. Ambitious and nimble, they ask their clients for feedback and listen to what they say, reacting swiftly when they see a way to improve their offering. Results are paramount, transparency is the norm and added value comes as standard.

After a series of significant successes, they need to recruit a number of new people to join their team. Finding the right fit is more important then level of experience, but you’ll definitely need to come from a background of digital account management or sales. Education or public sector experience would be a bonus.

You’ll have:-

- at least a year’s client service experience in a digital marketing environment
- experience in - and a strong understanding of - digital advertising
- a strong customer service ethos
- skills in handling and analyzing data
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- the ability to set up a basic digital campaign

You’ll quickly build strong relationships with your clients, understanding their business challenges and their marketing objectives. From taking briefs through to strategic planning, campaign implementation and end-of-campaign reporting, you’ll work tirelessly to assess how to help them attract the students they need. You’ll be innovative and strategic, but also a commercially-minded pragmatist who’s prepared to roll their sleeves up and do what needs to be done to get results.

You’ll be a natural problem solver with the ability to stay calm under pressure. You’ll thrive on a steep learning curve and really dig into a multi-faceted role that allows you to get to grips with all aspects of the business. You’ll stay up to date with new channels and other developments, attending new business meetings, client events and presentations, and generally stay ahead of the curve in this fast moving industry.
