Are you looking for an opportunity to learn and develop in an award-winning, customer-focussed company? This online accountancy practice is looking for an account manager to join their ambitious and rapidly growing firm.

You will be part of their enthusiastic and high calibre team that supports their growing client base, who are seeking a modern, high quality and efficient accountancy service. As an account manager, you will be responsible for a range of duties including:

- providing day to day support and guidance to clients over the phone and email
- providing technical support to clients with their software
- supporting clients with their bookkeeping
- liaising with HMRC on behalf of clients
- supporting and developing colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service

The ideal candidate for this position will be:

- proactive, with a mature outlook
- a strong, reliable team player with good interpersonal skills
- technically and IT competent
- professional and self motivated

To apply for this excellent opportunity you must have a minimum of 5 GCSEs (grade A*-C, including Maths and English). AAT qualifications would be welcome, and this company will support applicants who wish to commence or continue studies. Knowledge of personal and business taxation or experience gained within an accountancy practice will be beneficial, but not essential.

This is an ideal position for someone looking to build a career in a customer-facing role. Full training and support will be provided, and as a growing company there are many opportunities to develop and progress.

You will be based in a unique and well-equipped office close to Derby city centre.
