You are :
Highly organised and understand the importance of attention to detail, with experience in telephone-based collections.

You’re naturally organised, can prioritise effectively . You have the ability to work to deadlines and targets
You have great communication skills, both on the telephone and in writing,

You have:
- Experience of working in a regulated environment with knowledge of FCA guidelines and TCF
- At least 6 month's experience of collecting debt
- Experience of working in a target-driven environment
- A confident calm telephone manner
- A good eye for detail
- GCSE’s standard grade A-C in Mathematics and English (or equivalent)
- Familiarity with Data Protection Act compliance requirements

You will:
Work in their friendly, open-plan office in a large team recovering sums owed to their clients by telephone and in writing. This involves, amongst other things, contacting debtors to seek repayment, exploring affordable and responsible repayment options and communicating with their clients to decide on appropriate action where debtors do not respond to initial contact.

You will have client contact and work to targets.

The team works on a rota basis in shifts of 7 hours each day, Monday - Friday (either 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm). Please note that shifts may, in the near future, need to include 11am - 7pm and 12 Midday - 8pm shifts or the occasional Saturday.
