Basic salary £16,000, OTE £30,000

This is an opportunity to join a Southend-on-Sea Essex based animation agency devoted to crafting exceptional content for a diverse range of national and international clients.

You’ll have excellent administrative and organisational skills, be able to manage and schedule the day to day running of the studio, help maintain close contact and support for existing clients while helping prospect for and develop new business opportunities.

Definitely computer savvy, with excellent communication skills, a good standard of English (written and spoken) a good grounding in IT/ Media Studies ideally with some basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing direct support to and working closely with the Company Director.
- Scheduling, managing, recording and reporting project progress.
- Day to day support for clients throughout production and post delivery follow ups.
- Content release for client review, clarification of feedback and collation for the design studio.
- Researching, prospecting for and developing new business opportunities.
- Following up promptly on warm leads.
- Acting as first point of contact; dealing with correspondence and phone calls, screening calls, livechat, dealing with enquiries and requests.
- Follow up and management of CRM and sales pipeline.
- Collating and reporting on KPIs for all parts of the sales funnel.
- Recommending new approaches for lead generation, nurturing and closing.
- Creating new content to support the marketing channel; website, social, blog, advertising.
- Sourcing, liaising with and ordering from external suppliers.
- Creating, distributing and storing documents; e.g. supplier data, NDAs.
- Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments.
- Preparing invoicing and quote documents.

- Excellent administrative, organisational, project and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Well presented.
- Trustworthy and discreet.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with a methodical and thorough approach to work and note taking.
- Ability to stay calm and deliver under pressure.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads.
- A great team player with a desire to show initiative.
