The ideal applicant will have experience in dealing with customers, have a professional email and telephone manner and be able to help customers understand and operate their software via screen sharing.
Comprehensive training will be provided on the software.
Responsibilities:
- Review customers accounts and offer training and support where appropriate
- Liaise and blueprint customers to make sure they are working with the right people
- Support the managed service team and help produce reporting for their key accounts
- Liaise with their sales ledger team to ensure customers are up to date with their payments
Essential:
- Excellent internet skills
- Some experience of liaising with customers
Desirable:
Knowledge of digital marketing and the SEO marketplace
