We are looking for an Account Manager to join our growing team. Your job is to manage client relationships from lead through to activation. In addition to the inbound leads we provide, you'll also be responsible for setting appointments with C-level heavyweights at the UK’s largest organisations via phone.

The position is open to candidates in Scotland, England and Ireland.

About The Gig

1. Consultative Selling: conduct product demonstrations and proposal presentations to enterprise digital leaders. Establish trust, coordinate all facets of the deal and provide a smooth onboarding experience.

2. Outbound Telemarketing: generate new leads with enterprise digital decision makers (CIOs, Head of Digitals, IT Directors, etc.) via the phone.

3. Client Success & Account Growth: ensure an exceptional experience with our platform and team. Identify opportunities to improve satisfaction and add value.

What You Need To Succeed

"Must Haves"

- Quiet "home office"
- Available to work 8:30am - 5:30pm (Monday to Friday)
- Confident working remotely and using cloud software
- Previous experience in a sales or account management role
- Fast learner, strong communicator, self-starter
- Must pass a criminal background check

"Nice To Haves"

- Experience in a similar role (SaaS / Startup / Software / Enterprise)
- Experience cold calling enterprise decision makers
- Experience working from home
- Experience in consultative or account-based selling
- Understanding of digital / tech landscape (note: not essential!)
