This position has been created to support this companies excellent client services team continue to deliver quality work for clients, as they continue to grow. They’re looking for a strong self starter to come and grow with their business, a strategic thinker with strong attention to detail.

Outline of Core Responsibilities
- Arranging meetings and liaising with clients to understand their requirements
- Quality control of all work that is submitted to clients
- Disclosing campaign details to the client and all team members
- Monitoring all stages of campaigns and projects to guarantee that they run smoothly.
- Working with project managers to align resource and meet client expectations.
- Writing status reports throughout the duration of the project to keep clients and peers updated.
- Administration tasks that will help to keep campaigns well-managed and organised
- Offering creative ideas to the account manager to develop exciting campaigns and encourage clients to understand the importance of creativity throughout projects.
- Work with the Senior account managers to support client contact and everyday activity on major accounts; everyday activity may include a variety of tasks such as CMS updates, content population, writing contact reports and contacting the client/partner agency for updates.
- Attend client meetings and workshops to report on project updates and contribute to strategic planning.
- Work with the marketing team to ensure clients receive reports and SEO/PPC/CRO activity is tracked.
- Assist with front of house, greeting guests and taking accountability for guest experience, including ensuring the conference room is stocked up and ready for meetings.
- Answering the telephone, directing and fielding calls to directors and the client services team.
