Built with a high degree of automation, the system will take data from the UK’s market leading PMS’, clean it and put it on a plate for hotel marketers. With over 10 years’ experience in the hotel market, they are the largest indigenous provider of this type of solution and firmly established in a rapidly growing market.
Based in their Bangor office, they are now looking for an Account Executive to join their team.
Main Functions of Job
- Assist the Account Management Team in dealing with user support on CRM and Email platform requests from existing clients.
- Provide support in construction of Marketing content for clients.
- Support the Account Management team in all account activities including new client setups.
- Support the Account Technician to keep client datasets up to date.
- Assist Account Manager in tracking general and hospitality specific marketing trends and communicating to clients.
Personal Specification
Essential Skills
- Customer facing experience, ideally in a B2C role
- Good communication and people skills
- Attention to detail
- Understand the principles and application of digital marketing
- Required to work occasional weekends
Desirable Skills
- Educated to HND/degree level
- 2+ years supporting B2C customer relationships
- Previous experience in a data analysis/business intelligence role particularly involving Hospitality or Marketing clients.
- Experience of using Zendesk or similar support ticketing portals.
- Analytical skills
- Willing to work flexible hours with occasional travel to Edinburgh office if required
