The company produces luxury bespoke stationery products as well as printed packaging and general commercial print solutions for a wide variety of clients. Having re-located last year, the company has seen substantial growth and is now looking for a proactive individual, capable of working independently as well as within a small team.
The Role:
You will have the responsibility of taking enquiries from clients, discussing specifications and submitting estimates, following up to close business and then managing jobs through every stage of the production cycle to final delivery to the customer. The job involves communicating with both clients and suppliers.
The Candidate:
- Experience in a client facing role
- Positive mindset toward challenges and client requests
- Friendly attitude with ability to strike rapport with customers
- Skilled computer literacy with administrative systems
