There Reward, Recognition, and Wellness platform is truly revolutionary and will lead the way to how organisations motivate their employees, keeping them engaged whilst also helping how they can improve their wellbeing.

Clients include PepsiCo, Birds Eye, Lucozade Britvic, Molson Coors, BUPA, National Express, Nestle, News International, Hovis, KP Snacks and many more. With a clear focus to double their size over the next 12mths, they are looking for an experienced B2B internal account manager who ideally but not necessarily have an understanding of the HR space,

You will be a vital part of their business, working closely with their Go to Market team helping to develop new business and grow their existing clients.

Duties include:
- Work alongside internal Marketing helping with sector positioning
- Ability to discuss HR challenges within organisations with HR professionals
- Articulate both verbally and via email precisely and accurately
- Initiates sales process by building relationships; qualifying potential; scheduling appointments
- Develops sales by making initial presentation; explaining product and service enhancements and additions;
introducing new products and services
- Closes sales by overcoming objections; preparing contracts
- Support all other field sales activities particularly by Revenue Officer & CEO
- Workshop support & follow up
- Proposal writing
- Enhances department and organisation reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different
requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

Required Skills:
- At least 3yrs experience in a B2B Internal Account Management role
- Empathetic and caring approach
- Self-starter and ability to work autonomously without close management
- Willingness to learn and ability to retain
- Experience in using CRM systems to manage & maintain clean data
- Strong verbal communication skills with a clear speaking tone
- Ability to engage an audience online
- Bring ambition and can do attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Basic Salary: £28,000 plus benefits

OTE £40,000 - £50,000 Uncapped

Job Location: Wokingham or West London
