The company, who are a nationwide student accommodation provider, are seeking an enthusiastic and confident Accommodation Assistant for their Nottingham Operations.
Working with the Accommodation Team, the chosen candidate will be involved with a wide range of tasks including student lettings, local marketing and property management.
This is an ideal role for a recent graduate or a confident individual looking to pursue a career in the property sector.
Your Responsibilities Would Include:
- To assist the Accommodation Team to ensure full occupancy levels for the building each academic year.
- To provide a high standard of customer service to tenants, customers and external partners, through good communication and a high standard of administration support.
- To assist in ensuring the building’s appearance is to the highest of standards.
- To assist the Accommodation Manager with the delivery of vital communications relating to financial procedures and debt recovery procedures.
- To assist the Accommodation Team in the administration of tenant and building management.
- To assist the Accommodation Manager by overseeing the student representative team.
- To work alongside the student representative team to hold social activities for the tenants of the building.
- To assist the Accommodation Manager with routine room inspections.
- To promote and contribute to the company culture.
