HELP SET A NEW STANDARD FOR BUSINESS EDUCATION

They are seeking a suitably experienced ACADEMIC LEAD (MARKETING) to join their global team, delivering undergraduate and postgraduate programs and acting as academic liaison with their university partners.

YOUR NEW ROLE:

- Teach, deliver & moderate undergraduate and postgraduate units, sharing your passion & experience
- Provide ongoing student support via LMS (Canvas), explaining and enriching content and generating discussion & engagement
- Liaise with university partners, monitor compliance, complete reports and maintain strong relationships
- Prepare collateral & webinar content & deliver webinars via Zoom, encouraging engagement with case studies, current affairs examples, etc.
- Marking & providing balanced, constructive feedback, focussing on industry application & linking back to course objectives.

ABOUT YOU

If you love to work autonomously (but with all the support you need), thrive on delivering industry-relevant education and truly make a difference for your students, then this is for you.

You're DBA or PhD qualified in Marketing with 2+ years relevant industry experience (essential). You've been delivering tertiary education content (flexible/online experience highly regarded) for at least 2 years.

Your communication skills are exemplary & you build strong stakeholder relationships. Your marking demonstrates industry-aware, actionable feedback, & your energy & passion for teaching is palpable to your students & colleagues at every interaction.

You inspire, mentor & support your students, demonstrating genuine care & respect, & you're seeking an autonomous leadership role working closely with key stakeholders whilst still enjoying regular teaching.
