Based at their brand new office just off junction 3 of the M18 in Doncaster, they are ideally located for commuters from both Sheffield and Leeds.

What you’ll do:

- Provide the customer with technical product support in a friendly, enthusiastic and professional manner via phone, email and live chat
- Investigate and resolve challenging product support issues
- Escalate technical issues where necessary, working closely with the development team
- Create and maintain our technical support knowledge base – both internal and external
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on Linux systems and daily product checks to ensure the smooth running of our systems
- Provide technical support for our internal teams (a mix of Windows, Mac and Linux)
- Assist development and infrastructure teams where necessary

What you’ll need:

- 1 years’ experience in a technical or product support function
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- A strong desire to learn new things
- An outgoing and enthusiastic personality is key
- Customer focussed attitude
