An opportunity has arisen for an experienced 2nd line support technician at their company head office in Leatherhead.

The applicant must have strong desktop support skills along with solid experience of supporting a Windows server environment. Proven experience supporting Active Directory & Office 365 suite is required coupled with good knowledge of virtualisation technologies such as VMware. Previous helpdesk support experience is essential along with the ability to assist users via remote access tools, you may also be required to visit other sites to investigate more complex issues.

Essential Skills:

- In-depth knowledge of Windows 2012/R2/2016
- Network infrastructure (TCP-IP/DNS/DHCP)
- MS Active Directory 2012/R2/2016
- Exchange 365
- VMware vSphere 5.x / 6.x
- Windows 10
- Knowledge of SQL Server 2012/R2/2014
- Office 2016 suite
- Mobile device management, iPhone/iPad/Windows Tablets
- 2-3 years’ experience working in a helpdesk environment
- Use of remote desktop solutions
- Able to prioritise work and multi-task.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Good customer service skills
- Fluent and highly literate in English
- Proven exceptional business communication skills both written and verbal
- Full driving licence

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge Microsoft Navision Dynamics
- Knowledge of Meraki systems
