The company has been in business for 9 years and have continued to grow steadily.

They are looking for an experienced IT Professional to join them as part of a small but talented team in a local Managed Service Provider (MSP)

You will be an essential part of the future growth of this company, an opportunity to become a key player and important member of a rapidly growing business with all the associated benefits of being such a critical part of the team in these early years.

You will be a confident, capable individual who can work well in a small team as well as alone when required. You will be efficient and effective and have an eye for detail. Strong skills and experience in technical deployment planning, project management and delivery are essential.

Skills and Experience Required:
- Network and Server Infrastructure
- Planning
- Configuration
- Troubleshooting
- Deployment and Service and Support.

Windows 2012, Hyper-V, Domain management , Group Policy, RDS, Clustering, Failover, Cisco Switching, Routers, Firewalls, Netgear Routers & Switching, VPN, VLANs, VOIP, VEEAM.

2nd / 3rd Line support to our clients and our internal technical team where you will be the point of escalation.

You should hold several relevant industry certifications an MCSE or a CCNA would be advantages.

3+ years of relevant experience working in either an MSP environment or supporting multiple sites for a larger company.

University education preferred but not essential for successful applicants.

Experience Sought:
- Cisco Networking
- Previous 2nd / 3rd Line Role: 3 years
- Windows Server: 3 years
- Relevant IT Experience: 5 years
- Driving Licence Required.
- MSCE and or CCNA highly desirable
