From £17,000 to £20,000 per annum

The company is looking for an experienced customer service person that would like to cross over into IT Technical Support or an individual who has some IT support experience that would like to expand their knowledge.

They are a software developer selling their own software in the logistics market across the UK and a minor percentage of sales into the EU. They are a small team that prides itself on delivering first class customer service to their customers.

Based in Warrington, the role is primarily required to facilitate the timely resolution of queries for external customers. There will be a requirement to learn about and understand the Aquarius software.

Whilst not essential it would be an advantage for any candidate to have knowledge of the following:

- PC desktop operating systems, from Windows XP and Windows 10 etc.
- Knowledge of remote desktop control and support.
- Knowledge of USB devices such as scanners and mass storage devices.
- An understanding of device drivers.
- Basic knowledge of PC networking (TCPIP)

You will be working in a team of three people. Above and beyond the technical attributes, it is essential that you are aware of the need for customer service, which you will need to be able to demonstrate. They are a close knit team where personality to fit with their business is an important factor.
