1st / First Line Support for IOS, Android and Website Software Development Company / SaaS
This SaaS company which develops software for Android, IOS and web browsers is currently looking for a 1st line support person to join their fast growing software development company.
This is an exciting mixed role – your main focus will be supporting users, but you will also be working closely with developers and the technical lead.
This means that you will be exposed to all parts of Android, IOS, api design and development.
These are some of the technologies they work with:
- Android App - Eclipse, JAVA, SQLite
- IOS Apps - Xcode, C++, SQLite
- Website - API, PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON, MySQL
- Git
- Runscope
- Postman
- Selenium
Within the role you will be expected to grow and take ownership / lead of parts of projects.
You will need to be well spoken, excellent English, strong maths / logical thinking and very well organised.
This role is very hands on and you will need to be able to learn quickly.
