This MSP is looking for a motivated and talented 1st line engineer to join a fast-paced Service desk team. Providing IT support remotely with a focus on customer care and getting the job done well.

This exciting opportunity will suit someone fresh into the IT field from apprenticeships / A-level / High level of customer service or an experienced 1st line who is looking to grow fast into a 2nd line role.

You will be working among an IT team for a thriving MSP who have a strong work culture and believe in offering the best support to their clients and growing their staff.

You will also be given the chance to be involved in all aspects of IT process for businesses and constant growth is available.

Responsibilities:
- Initial call handling and IT Troubleshooting via Telephone and remote support software
- Windows AD / Office 365 and Application support
- Logging of changes and support using internal CRM
- Providing a high level of customer service to a wide range of users, including those with minimal IT knowledge
- Liaison with 3rd party software vendors where required

Essential Skills / Experience:
- Customer support in an over the phone capacity
- Experience with Microsoft Windows
- Experience of Microsoft Application Support (such as Microsoft Office Suite)
- Knowledge of Active Directory
- Desktop, Laptop & Printer troubleshooting
- Anti-Virus solutions experience
- Proactive and self-motivated

Desirable Skills / Experience:
- Previous experience within an IT Support role either internally or for an IT support organisation or via accredited apprenticeship.
- Microsoft certification or qualifications.
- A passion for all things IT related.
