Essex based I.T solution provider supporting UK businesses both large and small for over 20 years across a number of business sectors including a strong presence in the automotive industry.

Our portfolio of services includes outsourcing, technical support services, large WAN network design and securities, application development, cloud technologies and project management to name a few. We are very much a forward thinking company investing heavily in technologies giving our engineers the right tools for the job to deliver time efficient services to all clients.

Your previous technical experience will be essential to join a strong team of 22+ providing superior service to a client base of over 3000 end users. You will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills together with a good all-round knowledge of desktop support, networking, AD administration and management, Microsoft server support and hardware diagnostics.

Key responsibilities for this role will be:

- To provide first/second line telephone support for service request fulfilment
- Incident and problem management
- Troubleshooting / repairing desktop PC's, laptops and installations.
- Troubleshooting server side issues and setup of new server solutions
- Field engineering support

The key skills required include:

- Good technical knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Windows Server 2012 to 2016 administration experience
- AD administration and management
- Microsoft product support (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Networking experience (TCP/IP topologies, switches, routers)
- Exposure to CDK Kerridge/Drive (Although not essential)
- Support of mobile devices
- Strong communication skills
- Good customer service skills
- Good analytical/problem-solving skills, especially in continual service improvement.
- Ability to work well under pressure with an eye for detail
- Passion for technology
- Willingness and enthusiasm to learn is essential with a can-do approach
- Self-motivated and organised
- Must be a team player

Whilst the company does offer training, it is desirable that you already have at least one or more related certified qualifications.

Full UK driving licence required. Ample free parking available on-site.

Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00 with optional Saturday AM rota. Holiday entitlement of 22 days plus bank holidays. Monthly performance bonus and reward scheme. Social and team events throughout the year.
