EXPERIENCED SALES MANAGER JOINS RECRUITMENT GENIUS TEAMS
19 August 2010
Recruitment Genius has recruited experienced sales manager, Kerry Mather, proving that it isn’t just their customers they recruit the right candidates for.
Kerry joins the Recruitment Genius team as Sales Manager where she will be responsible for the 10 strong sales team. Kerry has extensive recruitment experience having worked for Fish4Jobs and Totaljobs.com where she headed up accounts worth in excess of £3 million per annum.
Following a period of maternity leave Kerry is looking forward to the challenges the new position at Recruitment Genius will bring. Together the team at Recruitment Genius has been shaking up the recruitment industry offering customers the chance to fill jobs from shop floor through to board level for a flat fee of just £199. Initially the service was met with sceptism with customers wondering how they were able to produce results for fees which are dramatically different from what is charged by traditional recruitment agencies. Now a proven concept well-known brand names, such as Ford and BT, as well as a myriad of other smaller organisations, are benefiting from the Recruitment Genius service.
Kerry said: “Having worked for online recruiters I was well aware that this represented the future of the industry. However, Recruitment Genius has taken this to a whole new level and virtually redefined the online recruitment service. I look forward to being part of a team which is shaping the future of recruitment.”
