A monthly survey by the UK’s largest online recruitment company RecruitmentGenius.com shows that more and more companies turn to online recruitment to fill their positions. The analysis is the largest of its type and provides an accurate market view by monitoring over 500,000 company career sites and 112 online job boards. In the month of May 772,000 new jobs were advertised, a 19% rise over April.
In the same period RecruitmentGenius.com registered a 22% increase in jobs advertised, showing that more recruiters are recognizing the advantages of flat fee recruitment solutions for finding the right people.
