responsible recruitment - genius!

Recruitment Genius is all about being good for local communities. As a result our way of doing business has always focused on what local communities want and can provide to each other.

local community participation

Our focus is always to employ local people who are active in our local community and wherever possible offer opportunities for becoming involved in local community activities. For example we actively sponsor local triathlons, rugby clubs and schools.

supporting charities

We continue to raise thousands of pounds for local charities such local hospices and national charities that have a local impact such as Jeans for Genes and Help for Heroes.

sharing education

One of the many reasons Recruitment Genius has become successful is because of the expert guidance we received from advisors, generous with their time and input. We therefore like to return the favour by providing free advice to young entrepreneurs in schools and colleges to help them setup businesses.

We are also keen to help apprentices and interns gain valuable skills and experience. For more information please review our join us section.

industry representation

Because of our large size and influence we help to positively shape the recruitment industry and UK businesses. This is achieved through proactive membership of the Recruitment Society and Online Marketing Recruitment Council, as well as regular lobbying to the House of Commons and House of Lords.

caring for our environment

As our business grows, we wish to adopt policies that reduce our impact on the environment.

For example our first point of call is to find suppliers in the local area to reduce transportation costs. We also use technology to replace as many business functions as possible that would otherwise have a large environmental impact - for example we regularly use Skype to talk to our suppliers and avoid costly meetings, and utilize IT to enable home working therefore reducing commuting and reduce our dependency on consumables.
