For a small business, recruiting is probably one of the most difficult parts of the business... Recruitment Genius is a clearly defined product that does what it says - it delivers CVs which have been filtered to a degree and I had no problem paying £199 whatsoever.

[I was skeptical before], especially when I heard it was going to be on quite a few websites, one of which was chasing me to go on their site and wanting to charge me more to go on their site than it was to go on all of Recruitment Genius’s, so I was a bit suspicious but it turned out OK.
We tried agencies, but we don’t really use them anymore because they’ve been quite unsatisfactory - they’re very expensive and then if the member of staff doesn’t stay very long you still have to pay. The newspaper we’re not getting many results from at the moment... I don’t think many people are looking in it for a job.

We came across Recruitment Genius through a referral and were very surprised at how very reasonable the rate was to advertise and we decided to give it a go and within a week we actually found our successful candidate which is fantastic.

At the same time of working with Recruitment Genius we also used another fixed-fee online recruitment site, which is quite a well known one, in fact we ran the vacancy with them for over 8 weeks and I wasn’t overly impressed to be honest. I was using Recruitment Genius to recruit a PA for myself. We were using virtual PAs, but needed someone with 10-15 years experience as PA to director level and the quality of response which came from Recruitment Genius really, really good.
The CVs came very, very quickly - that afternoon. I called Recruitment Genius in the morning, it was great, there was two-way communication all the time and literally by the afternoon I must have had 50-60 CVs come through.
