how is my application reviewed?
We receive a new job application every 0.4 seconds which equates to nearly 60,000 per day. Our processes automatically evaluate every application based on its relevance. If your application ranks well, it is then filtered by our UK based team of researchers. Only those that meet the client's criteria are immediately passed on to them.

you've sent my details to the client, what happens next?
Each client has their own internal review process. Although we have no control over this we politely ask clients to respond directly to applicants within 14 days.

can I talk to the client directly?
Unfortunately Recruitment Genius is not in a position to release client's contact details. Our experience shows that because the job is live they will be in touch quickly if you meet their criteria.

my details have been passed to the client, when can I expect to hear from them
Experience suggests that if you have not heard within 14 days it is unlikely that your application will be taken any further. Don't be discouraged because, with so many applications you did well to be shortlisted in the first instance.

i've been rejected for a job I consider myself perfect for. can I be reconsidered?
Absolutely. Sometimes we are sent CVs which are out of date or do not contain pertinent information. If this is the case please email reconsiderme@recruitmentgenius.com with the job reference number and reasons why you wish to be reconsidered.
