Life moves fast, and nowhere is this more appropriate than in the world of technology. The impact that this has on people’s ability to find employment means that people are evolving to search for work in ways that they could perhaps not have imagined 10 years ago. People no longer just look at job boards for potential employment so the company that is able to adapt their thinking will be the one that can find the most talented people.
Social media platforms give employers the chance to see a different side to people and the internet opens up doors for people to show off their talents in many different ways. This allows employers to get great insight through blogs, Facebook, Tumblr, and Twitter in to how a person’s mind works and if they would be able to add something to the company.
There has never been more access to the wealth of talent available, the only question is how are you going to utilise it?
